So, one example is to eat a healthy diet! It is as simple as making sure you eat lots of veggies and salads everyday! Other parts of the equation are limiting carbs, fats, sugars, colas, alcohol, caffeine, fried foods, etc. Eating in moderation is the key. You can still enjoy life and the goodies, just do it in a balanced way!

DRINK LOTS OF WATER! Herbal teas, cold water, sparkling water to make life have special moments! Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate!

Your body is a beautiful and incredible vehicle for getting tasks done in this life. If you put in good fuels, it will take you to great heights and have stamina! If you put in crappy fuels, it won’t take you very far at all.

The choice is yours! Make good choices!
